The Finance Quarter is located in the Perth CBD and can be mobile servicing medical specialists, business owners, professionals, affluent individuals or anyone who is seeking a professional to help with their finance.
Our service to you is not just for your current finance needs, we also conduct ongoing reviews and help with achieving your future goals.
With over a decade of experience in helping affluent individuals and business customers, we understand that service excellence, quality advice and confidentiality is important.
We value every customer and promise to offer service excellence.
We generally don't charge a fee for our service however in situations where the application is complex, we will advise you of this and provide an upfront quote to assist with your financing. We get paid a commision by the bank for bringing your business to them and is not related to the interest rates you receive or the service we provide. In most cases, the interest rate could be cheaper when going through a broker.

Sean Lee - Managing Director
Sean Lee is the founding director of Finance Quarter.
He has over 15 years experience working at a number of global banks which includes ANZ Private and Commercial Banking, Citibank, Lloyds Bank Commercial in London and St George Private (a part of Westpac Group) in Perth. His career in Relationship Banking involved helping affluent and business clients save money and grow their wealth. Through this he recognised that he loves to solve customer problems and understands the importance of knowledge building, service excellence and accountability. Sean is an active investor himself and has personal (and professional) experience in ASX securities, margin lending, FX, property investment, property developments and subdivisions.
Sean has a Bachlor of Engineering, Bachelor of Computer Science, Diploma in Financial Planning, Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and is a MFAA accredited Finance Broker.
During his spare time he likes to go hiking, travelling, watching Formula 1, EPL and AFL, and spending time with his family.
